Available to all registered carers over 18, the Emergency Card Scheme is administered by Swindon Carers Together in partnership with local councils and health boards. You develop a comprehensive plan, detailing the information about you and the person you care for. You can specify what needs to happen if an emergency is to prevent you from caring.
