All things to do with moving , sitting and lying in bed
A practical session covering safe techniques for moving, sitting, and lying in bed, along with guidance on assisting someone to mobilise. We’ll also explore fall prevention, what to do if a fall occurs, pressure sore prevention, and other key aspects of safe care.
