This Peer Support Group is for carers who support someone aged 16 or older with a learning disability and/or autism.
It offers a friendly and understanding space to connect with others who share similar experiences, challenges, and successes. Carers can talk openly, share practical ideas, and feel supported by people who truly understand the journey of caring for someone with a learning disability or autism.
