Dementia Group is a supportive space for carers whose cared for is affected by dementia. It offers understanding, connection, and comfort for anyone navigating the emotional challenges that can come with caring for someone with dementia.
LD & Autism Carers Support Group
This Peer Support Group is for carers who support someone aged 16 or older with a learning disability and/or autism.
It offers a friendly and understanding space to connect with others who share similar experiences, challenges, and successes. Carers can talk openly, share practical ideas, and feel supported by people who truly understand the journey of caring for someone with a learning disability or autism.
Coping With Caring Workshop
Explore your feelings around your caring role, discuss coping strategies and the importance of looking after yourself.
Parent Carer Coffee Morning
Do you care for a child or young person with additional needs or disabilities? Then join us for our Parent Carer Coffee Morning.
Take a break, enjoy a hot drink, and connect with our Parent Carer Support Practitioner and other parent carers in a relaxed setting.
